What changes today is how deeply the engine works through that evidence, and on Max, who double-checks the result before you ever see it.
A significantly more advanced model on both plans
Every audit now runs on our new reasoning model. It's a real step up in analytical depth, and Rapid and Max both get it. Here's what that means in practice:
Deeper reasoning on every question. The engine now spends substantially more analysis per compliance question, following the evidence chain further, weighing partial and ambiguous language more carefully, and catching the calls that hinge on nuance rather than a clean yes or no.
A confidence rating on every answer. Every finding now shows how confident the engine is in it, so your team knows at a glance where the evidence was unambiguous and where a human eye is worth spending.

What Max adds: a fully independent second pass
Max runs the same advanced model as Rapid, then puts every answer in front of our deep audit inspector.
This isn't a spot check. A fully independent second AI reviewer re-examines the analysis on every question in the audit, applying deeper reasoning and citing direct transcript evidence to stand behind each answer. Any revision lands before the audit is scored, so what reaches your report is the fully verified result.

On routine questions, the inspector overwhelmingly confirms the first pass. That's exactly what we want to see, and a good measure of how strong that first pass already is. Where it earns its keep is the genuinely hard questions: layered conditions, partial disclosures, language that requires holding several requirements in view at once. Those are the questions where a second, deeper look changes outcomes.
Max audits carry a Verified indicator on the report and receive priority processing.
Rapid delivers the same advanced analysis in a single pass, the right fit for routine, high-volume monitoring where speed and cost efficiency matter most.
Updated pricing
The deeper analysis on both plans and the inspector pass on Max cost more to run. Per-minute pricing is changing:

Billing works exactly as it always has: one flat rate per audio minute, settled at the up-front estimate, no surprise true-ups.
You can switch plans any time under AI Analysis Model in your settings, including running Max on critical compliance monitoring and Rapid on routine call review.
